CREATING ART FROM FOUND OBJECTS
CREATING ART FROM FOUND OBJECTS
Introducing Christopher Rodriguez, a stone sculptor whose artistic journey is as unique as the masterpieces he creates. Adopted into a multiethnic family on the vibrant South Side of Chicago, Christopher’s upbringing was surrounded by foster siblings, creating a deep compassion and understanding for the world around him.
His artistry is a celebration of resilience, using found objects like limestone and wood to convey the beauty in the discarded. Nature and travel serve as wellsprings of inspiration, infusing his sculptures with stories of connection and unity. Beyond the studio, Christopher is a devoted father, engaging speaker, and dedicated volunteer striving to make a positive impact wherever he goes.
